Midwest Maintenance provides lawn care, power washing and parking lot sweeping services. Maintenance is a family-owned company that was purchased from Skyline Sweeping in 2021. Jason Boots is the President and Levi Boots in the Vice President of Midwest Maintenance and they are the point of contact. Our area of focus for services provided is in Dubuque and surrounding areas, we are willing to travel to meet our customer’s needs. Our lawn care team offers mowing, spraying for weeds, general lawn clean up and landscaping. At Midwest Maintenance, we power wash many surfaces including, but not limited to, buildings, sidewalks, driveways, patios and decks, fencing, equipment, spill clean up, etc.

Along with power washing these surfaces, we have the ability to clean up the water we use by utilizing the vacuum system in our truck, which allows us to recycle the water we are using. We are willing to travel throughout the Midwest to provide these services. With our parking lot sweeping services, we use a vac truck to clean up parking lots in the Dubuque area, with travel to Galena, Maquoketa and Anamosa as well. This includes clearing curb lines of garbage and debris, dirt and sand build up and we utilize a skid loader with a broom for jobs with debris too big for the vacuum truck.
